All latency numbers (e.g. 19 µs average keystroke latency), startup times (sub-4 ms), and memory footprint metrics (~13 MB RAM) shown across this website are derived from Phase 3.1 empirical benchmark testing executed on dedicated internal test hardware.

Actual performance in real-world everyday usage may vary based on CPU architecture, background running applications, storage drive speed, and Windows OS configuration. These metrics represent measured engineering benchmark figures and do not constitute an absolute technical guarantee for every individual hardware specification.

3. Application Compatibility

Likhi is engineered around the standard Microsoft Windows Text Services Framework (TSF) interface and includes a Universal fallback mode. Applications identified as tested (such as Windows Notepad, Microsoft Word, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and VS Code) have been validated through automated in-process TSF store test suites.

Because Windows software applications utilize diverse proprietary UI rendering frameworks, window hooks, and security sandboxes, Likhi does not guarantee identical behavior in unverified custom or legacy software. Users are invited to report application-specific edge cases via our Feedback Page.
